NFL Draft
How about the Big 12. They had five out of the top six draft picks!
The Sooners were the first team since Notre Dame in '46 to have three of the first four picks in the opening round.

Did they have a draft in 1946? I saw somewhere about Michigan State in 1967 had something comparable, but was under the impression via ESPN and Yahoo! Sports that the 2010 draft was the first one in which a single university has 3 of the top 4.
